Webinar entry barrier

Rightscale is hosting a webinar about the new EC2 block storage right and I would love to attend. Unfortunately, the only way to listen in is by calling their conference line. Pretty useless if you're in the office and don't have bluetooth or headphones for your phone.

It's a common problem and I don't get it. Why can the webinar hoster (in this case gotomeeting) that also hosts the conference line, stream that conference line feed to all participants via VOIP. They have been around for long enough so there is no excuse for this stuff not working reliably. Oh yeah, you could use Skype but that costs money.
